"Well let me start by saying we have never bought any dog over the internet without seeing the dog before the money, Then we saw pictures of Glitch. We jumped in on him! So we paid by Apple Pay and this was the most comfortable and no stress experience that we could have asked for. Shelly was awesome! Sending pictures when we didn’t ask for them and even more when we did ask for them! She answered every question I had about the flight. I can tell you this and not blink an eye these pups are taken care of! The pad the pup arrived on, the sample of food the pup is currently eating, the way this pup interacts with people,it’s all top notch! If we ever get another( could happen sooner than later) we will first go to High Desert schnauzers. "Hi I wanted to talk about my experience adopting a fur baby from Shelly. As soon as I messaged her inquiring about a chocolate puppy she was so kind and attentive. She guided me step by step. I was hesitant at first to purchase a fur baby from a different state and be shipped. We exchanged messages all week. She kept me updated in the whole process. I received a couple of photos and videos of my fur baby throughout that week. Finally the day came when I had to go to the airport and pick him up. I was so anxious! When I met him I immediately fell in love. He is so fluffy, soft, and gorgeous! Just as Shelly described him. I was surprised how clean he was inside his crate.
